I also put the corresponding commands in the power off/on button commands as replacements for the gcode but unsure if that is even something I should be going. I also saw a :shutdown printer" command in there which I put in Power off but i'm unsure what must occur for these to even be triggered. I tried to set the gcode to run my new working power on command ( Power on) and connected repetier host but the printer did not come on so i'm sure that isn't how that works. So is that to say, if the resin printer speaks acsii gcode but doesn't (necessarily) have marlin/smoothie/repetier firmware, it should still work The interface for RepetierServer clearly only shows extrusion based controls and settings, and I'm going to assume there's too big of a difference between moving a hotend and moving a laser. Dave Repetier May 2018 If you run repetier-firmware it will fetch most variables from firmware if you use the wizard or later rescan parameters in config. With that said, is using an end code in printer settings on Host the best way to do this or is there a way in server? I do see some event dependent stuff in there but I'm not sure how this are applied. Please - there must be an easier way to move your printers to the Server without retyping (and missing) parameters. Ok as a test I used the BCM pin # (2) rather than the GPIO pin (8) and that seemed to work using this new method in in global settings. In Repetier-Server Monitor they will appear in the printer context menu. I have Repetier host working and tuned nicely to drive my Tevo Black Widow.
